I'm getting a Touch Pro (not Touch Pro 2) from a buddy of mine for $35... wanted to know if I could activate it on Page Plus? Page Plus is the best option for me as I don't use my phone much but still need one, and I only have to pay $12 per month.

It will require modifications to work on PPC. If you're not technically knowledgeable, like I'm not, you might want to check into a flashing service, to see if they can make it work 100% on PPC. One is called Remote Squad, but I'm sure there are others. However, I'm guessing it will cost as much as you're paying for the phone, but I'm not positive about that. If you feel like trying to makemodifications yourself, you'll need to start searching Google, unless somebody else can point you in the right direction.

If native sprint coverage works for you try Boost Mobile's paygo plan. They don't advertise this plan but it is on their website. I think talk and text is .10 per minute but data is the best deal. Unlimited 3g data for .50 per day. Sprint's data is not fast. You have one of the few phones Boost will activate on this plan. Ask the new Android phones require their unlimited plan. See the Boost forum here for details. I forgot the best part. You can use an app like windows mobile wifi router to create a wifi hot spot with unlimited data.
I have many accessories for the Touch Pro. Pm me if you are interested

The Touch Pro is one of the Sprint phones on Boost cdma which have close to a 100 percent successful transfer rate along with a few others . Must have clean esn number of course.
I forgot to mention: I live in a very rural part of Maine, and unfortunately there is only Sprint voice coverage where I am, and I cannot activate the Touch Pro without data. But I do have very good Verizon and AT&T coverage where I live.

Then your going to need to use a tool like CDMA workshop or dfs tool to program your phone to page plus. I'd look on google for guides but I think there are some in the page plus technical section here on the forums. I know there's a Evo to page plus guide you could probably get to work with a few tweaks since yours is a different phone.
