The top two entries are from LTE in downtown Calgary, on my iPhone 5S. I am in my office, so that probably effects the speed. But the speeds are pretty pathetic with 4 bars of LTE service.

Looking at the times, one is at 1:09 PM on a Monday. There was probably mad congestion being downtown. The other one is at 6:51 AM on a Wednesday, so probably less congestion...

I rarely get anything faster than 25mbps in the Toronto area. This is my fastest, it was in Wasaga Beach

I've never seen 25+ mbps download speed in Edmonton and this is where TELUS was created

Maybe that's exactly why you don't have as fast speeds? I've noticed TELUS here is the least popular of the national carriers so I guess congestion doesn't affect me as much

However it looks like you have faster average speeds

I was quite shocked to see this download speed. Could this be because of the 700mhZ spectrum?

i'm basing this off of U.S. Carrier knowledge, but could it be deployed in 15x15 or 20x20 MHz Band 4/7? 700 MHz doesn't have the ability to get those speeds unless it's aggregated or one carrier owns all of the Band 12 blocks.
