This is the fastest upload I have seen in all my tests.
These were done on band 4 15x15 on an iPhone 5S

Took this today and posted it on the Bell forum. It was inside my house near Hwy 400 and Teston Rd in Vaughan, ON. Band 2 @ 20MHz.

Reviving an old thread I guess.
I upgraded to an iPhone 7+ yesterday and took some speed tests before heading to bed.
    This is in Sydney, NS.

The 2 fastest tests I've ever gotten were both within the last 3 weeks:

What's idiotic is these download speeds aren't even offered over fibre out here, except for the most expensive managed business plans

I had always assumed it was done on fibre on the east coast as Bell Aliant rolled out FTTH years ago. So I figured the fibre network would be in place already.
That said, I have zero knowledge on the makeup of the cell network in NS.

I wasn't very clear - I was referring to home internet service out west.

No worries, I understood what you meant. I was just saying that the craziness of how fast we (Belus network) are getting never really crossed my mind as I had assumed the core network was powered by fibre optics in this part of the country.
I can pull 320 down/110 up on my home wired network with Bell Fibe

    Signs of the 700mbps network???
I remember people complaining that Telus only had 2 CA, apparently they do have 3 CA right now, and on the 700 mbps network should be 4 CA, correct?

Not exactly accurate. Bell and Telus have had identical CA capabilities at all times.

    2-CA was launched with B2-4 (35 MHz).
    3-CA was launched with B2-4-29 (45 MHz) and B2-4-12 (40 MHz).
4-CA is B2-4-7-7 (75 MHz). 256 QAM was enabled on all bands when 4-CA was launched.

Any subset of those bands is always possible as long as phone supports it.
