I just got my 3650 from amazon, and the area code is different. now i have to dial an entire 11 digit number to make a call. is this right or did they make a mistake? plz help

whenever i received mine it had the right area code, but the number was halfway across the state... here in oklahoma we only have a few area codes, and just because someone is in the same area code doesn't mean it's not long distance... so yea, they'll change it for free and it's fast.

i called amazon customer care and she said she will let someone in the cell phone department know ab my problem. should i call t-mobile customer care? if i change the number, wont amazon deny my rebates?

You should call T-Mobile. The rebate isn't connected to the number...it is conneceted to the phone and service.
