I am waiting for the same response. I'm using iPhone 5 with AT&T sim, but I'm willing to change to tmobile sim because of the limited data on AT&T. Lets hope other users has good updates!

I've put a ST (TMO) SIM in my Verizon iPhone 5, and am disappointed in my data speeds. The display says "E" and the speeds seem slow even for EDGE.
Rather than troubleshooting, I'm wondering if anyone is getting HSPA+ with the TMO SIM. Is it even possible with an iPhone 5?
I know that my area has good coverage because I've gotten 10.49 mbps down with a real TMO SIM in a Nexus 4.
Even snarky responses are appreciated. Thanks.

It's possible but only in certain areas where T-Mobile has refarmed their 1900mhz spectrum for 3G/4G. (The iPhone doesn't support AWS 3G/4G)
It's possible your area will be refarmed but I wouldn't wait on it. Better just get the AT&T SIM.

I believe that the tmobile version of the note2 is also pentaband and can be used on either, but I wouldn't stake my life on it. Actually believe I've read in another thread about someone who has used both a note 1 and note 2 that were tmobile versions, and they used them both on AT&T with high speeds.
