    Pps 6180

That's the error code I get when I call. No ringing, no voicemails, just errors.

My husband is traveling to a new job orientation in Atlanta without a cell phone (due to switching firms) so his parents gave him one of their spare lines on a LG 8600. It has signal and isn't set to home only or anything. It is very strange and annoying. I could see weird issues like this in 2001, but not in 2012. Outgoing calls work fine.

To make matters stranger, it sounds like an old Cingular error code.

It was a blast from the past to call the hotel and ask for the room in order to actually talk!

Sounds like some invalid call forwarding.

I'll ask him to do *73 to see. It worked fine in the Philly home area. Verizon has no idea why it isn't working--we just gave up on it really. His work at&t iPhone 5 should be here by Thursday.
