I downloaded a photo to my phone and when I click on it it says unsupported resolution. What should the resolution be change to so the phone will open it. Thanks in advance
I just opened a pic I took myself on the LG800G (my previous phone). I have it saved on the LG840G,too. The Res is 1600x1200. I have a few other pics on the LG840G that are lower than the 1600x1200. Don't ask me how that Res is so high. I just took the pic....lol. Sometimes I get the error: unsupported file format, or unsupported file type. I don't recall what I was trying to open on those occasions.
Where's the dialtone?
