Cell Phone Programmer/Engineer - Need Access to Internal Memory

Hello All,

I'm wondering if anyone on this forum is a cell phone programmer/engineer.

I'm interested in learning how I can access the cell phones internal memory, expecially on a LG Xpression C395, as well as other phones that are similar to this style.

I'm frustrated that there isn't a way to save texts to your external memory card when you want to.

If any of you have a suggestion about what software there is out there that can access the internal memory of the phone, I'd appreciate it so much!
