Wink It seems today, that all you see...

are violence in movies and sex on TV
But where are those good old-fashioned values, on which we used to rely?

    Lucky There's a Family Guy
Lucky there's a man who, positively can do, all the things that make us f'ing cry.
    He's a Family Guy!

So who's with me here. I thought that show was just awesome, and it absolutely sucks that they cancelled it... again.

I wish they'd bring it back with new episodes.

If you're not familiar with the series I STRONGLY suggest accessing your favorite P2P and downloading every episode you can find.

This is one of the Best animated series ever. Seriously.

Not convinced? Here are some quotes from one episode:

"Good shot! Made my brown-eye blue with that one"
    -----------------------------
"Face it Peter, sooner or later you're going to have to pass the torch. I remember the first time Kevin beat me... I was so proud of him. I gave him a little congratulatory punch in the arm.... and then another, and then everything got a little hazy. Kev went to live with a foster family for awhile"
    -------------------------------------------

Doctor: "Well Rudolph, we've finally figured out what makes your nose red.

Rudolph: "Is it Pixy dust, or lepperchan tails?"

    Doc: "No, it's a tumor."

Rudolph: "You mean like a magical Christmas tumor?"

Doc: "No, a malignant tumor, the base of which is lodged deep within your brain."

Rudolph: "Oh... Like a happy, special..."

    Doc: "You're going to die."

    ---------------------------------------

Meg: "Hey everybody, guess what I am"

Stewey: "The end result of a drunken backseat grope-fest and a broken prophalactic?"

    --------------------------------

Lois: "See meg, I'm like one of those Bald Eagles you see on the Discovery Channel. Beautiful to look at, but mess with one of my chicks and I'll use my razor sharp talons to rip your f'in eyes out.... Cookies are done, who want's chocolate chip?"

Stewy: " Oooh I do, but keep talking... all this stuff about eye gouging has got me all frisky. Really, I've got about a half a pack of rolaids in my diaper."

    ----------------------

"The national Gun Association is all about safety, especially when is comes to kids." (Turns on Video)

(Narrator) "Let's face it, you're kids are going to get into your guns, that's a fact. Gun accidents can be avoided by intorducing you children to guns as early as possible."

(Gun Puppet to little kid) "Hi, I'm Petey the Pistol. Say, do you ever get lonely? Me too. Hold me. If you squeeze me, I make bad people go away!"

(Random Guy) "But wait a minute, I thought Guns were bad."

(Narrator) "FALSE! Guns are good. In fact did you know that Jesus and Moses used guns to conquer the Romans?"

"So Remember: Gun's don't kill people. Dangerous Minorities do.

    ----------------------------------------

(Doorbell rings at sweet 16 party)

Quagmire: "Hey there sweetie, how old are you?"

    B-day girl: "Sixteen"

    Quagmire: "Eighteen? You're first."

    B-day girl: "MOM!"

Quagmire: "I like where this is goin. Giggity-giggity-gig-I-ty."

    ---------------------------------

    Basic cable > me.

I don't get any of the aforementioned channels.

I still think FOX needs to pick it up again and make new episodes. That show was such a gem.

I think that's the reason the show ended up getting cancelled in the first place. The FAUX Network kept switching the day and time it aired, and never bothered to advertise where they moved it to. So it turned out that none of the fans knew when it was on, nobody watched, cancellation time.

The DVD set was on backorder for like 3 weeks when it came out here in NY. It just goes to show how many people actually watched the show. LONG LIVE PETORIA!!!!

    Remember the episode:

Tom Tucker (news guy): "And now here is Ollie Williams with the blackie weather forecast. Ollie..."
    Ollie <shouting>:"IT GONNA RAIN"
    Tom Tucker: "Thanks Ollie"

    AND HILARITY ENSUES...
