Well on the latter question it's easy to use a TMO SIM. Much easier than the TMO/ATT swap method. :-)

How is TMobile with an iPhone 5 in Atlanta? Specifically in the Woodstock/Roswell Region? How hard is it to switch to a TMobile Sim?

If the phone is unlocked you just pop in the sim and go however unless your reframed you will be stuck on edge.

Aren't we jumping the gun a little bit? We still don't know what's going on.
Am I the only one who would rather pay higher rates from Straight Talk than have them discontinue the plan? Would much rather pay $60 for good AT&T service than $30 for crappy T-Mobile service.
Agree that many are jumping the gun here. My plan has been to shift to the ST iPhone 5. I'm running the ATT ST BYOP SIM in it and it's working fabulously. If the worst case happens and ATT ST service ceases completely I can switch to either TMO prepaid ($30/month) or a ST TMO SIM. OR use the phone natively (albeit at 3G) on Verizon. Good to have options.....
Lol someone's bidding like $22 for one on eBay. I guess it's just gonna go up.
You'd think the Mayans predicted the end of ST.
This is just my speculation, but I think ST will stop selling the AT&T Sims but will allow service and activations on the ones already sold/in place.

NET10 still shows the "AT&T Compatible phone" choice, but all Zip Codes entered yield: "Unfortunately, we do not offer service in this zip code," even Zip Codes with no T-Mobile coverage.
