    Galaxy Proclaim problems

    On my Second galaxy proclaim. Just sent away for my 3rd one because for some reason, it randomly put a slash through my signal and I can get no Data or signal what so ever. Preformed a factory reset with no avail. Wandering if anyone else has had any problems with this phone. It just randomly Bricks itself and I have no clue why.

    One time I lost data on mine. I used the reprovision code in my signature line and it got my data back, have not had a problem since. Never found out what caused the problem in the first place

    are you in a good verizon area?? remember that straight talk verizon phones are non roaming.

    Oh yeah.. very strong Verizon area. 5 bars generally everywhere. Just one day, randomly, my signal bar just gets the red line through it and no matter what I do, it never comes back..

    Same here, very good Verizon area.
    Where I am ATT and Verizon are about the same, Sprint and them TM.

    My non-tech savvy boyfriend recently purchased one which will browse the net, send and receive email but will not download from Google Play. It reports tht I have no connection after I sign in and initialize download. Since I am trying to download Skype..an app that was advertised as preinstalled on the phone but wasn't, I am frustrated. This was a deciding factor in the purchase.

    Trying very hard also to figure out how to explain to him how to access wireless networks. Please help me.
