If I call 9-1-1, and if geolocation succeeds, does Mobi send latitude/longitude info?

Enhanced 911 (E911) phase I means that 911 can find out which cell phone tower you're closest to. E911 phase II means that, if everything works correctly, 911 can find out your latitude and longitude to within 300 meters. This can save lives. Though the technology sometimes fails to work.

Does Mobilicity provide phase 2 E9-1-1 service?

This CRTC webpage, paragraph 35, implies that every carrier must send a notice to customers, and must file a copy of the notice with the CRTC, before rolling out Phase 2 service.

This CRTC webpage seems to be a list of filed copies of Phase 2 E911 notices. But I don't see any notices there from Mobilicity, or Data & Audio Visual Enterprises Wireless, or DAVE Wireless.

Hmmm. Maybe these people would know the answer to my question.
