I'm partial towards Simple Mobile and NET10, but I'd be willing to try GoSmart once their SIM charge is under $10. PTel gets props for great PAYGo, but their $40 plan throttle is bested by both Simple Mobile and Spot. T-Mobile and Ultra were almost not even worth mentioning, if it were only for your particular case. That is, 3 lines on $55 Beyond Talk, none on $35? When Virgin Mobile first announced their 256 Kbps throttle, I thought they were promising my speeds would go up.
