I purchased a blackberry z10 from a seller on kijiji. The phone came brand new in box locked to Bell. The battery was still sealed and everything was in there. After a week I now realize that the video function on the phone is not working. Whenever I try to record video the phone freezes, gives me a blue screen, and restarts itself. I have tried reloading software and have the latest os version installed.
Does the Blackberry warranty still apply for me? The seller did not give me a receipt. I tried contacting them but they keep telling me they are unable to find their receipt. I am not a bell customer so I'm not sure what to do. Can I walk into a store and ask them to send my phone to be replaced? What are my options? Does bell have warranty tracking through imei like rogers?
