There is a lot of churn. I believe the 250,000 includes everyone who ever signed up.
A 'number' a months ago I saw a corporate Solavei person say total and paid up [or current or paid last month]numbers.
This industry is really big on churn.

I knew Solavei had a lot of churn but I didn't expect it to be that high. That is not good.

I've been following the major operator's quarterly metrics since around '08. In the postpaid world churn is typically 1-2%. Regardless 'Solavei' themselves stated they currently have around 100,000 subs.

A lot of prepaid users are extreme plan hoppers. If the plan was 'not right' for them, off they go to another.
Having just one plan makes 'not right' more likely than outfits with many plans. I think having 100,000 users in less than a year [no matter the total who signed up] is actually better than most MVNOs. What will happen in the next 12 months?

Imho they should permanently lower the price to $39. That would put them head & shoulders above pretty much every other MVNO.

Customers reception areas, CSR, B&M locations, & shiny new phones being the differentiators.

And it would also probably make them go belly up. Lest we not forget they are PAYING
their subscribers commissions, if they lower the price then paying the members becomes harder.

Join. Refer. Don't worry about the price.

I was approached by a Solavei rep recently to attend a "business networking" meeting and this phantom (bogus) 250,000 subscribers number was frequently spoken. Now the truth is it's 100,000?? Solavei is doing themselves a huge disservice by throwing out these false claims, especially in light of them being MLM that people are wary of since the landscape is littered with failures.

Solavei is not the one spreading the false numbers. They are sharing the accurate numbers, it's the members who share the wrong number misleading others.

Solavei has made it very clear the number that is assigned to a member is a total of enrollments to date and doesn't include those that are no longer using the service.

They share that the actual number of enrollments for over 2 months is over 100k people.

It's not Solavei sharing the wrong number...it's the members.

3 months or more is the number they are providing.
We should remember this for the future.
