    Email about broadband2go, which I have never ever had

    After I made an actual call on my minute2minute phone, my account info and the auto topup settings reappeared on my account on the website. But I also am getting emails saying a broadband2go payment is coming up. (And the date it cites doesn't even match when my topup is coming due.) I have never had broadband service. Has anybody else gotten such an email?

    OK. Here's the answer:

    Virgin Mobile USA: This is a known issue with misinformed notifications. This has nothing to do with your account but we are doing everything possible to get this resolved. ^Ernest R.
