Blackberry Q10 work on Straight Talk?

I am trying to figure out if the new BB Q10 will work with Straight Talks sim card program, tonight I emailed Straight Talk and received the following response:
"Thank you for your interest in Straight Talk Wireless. We are
    responding to your recent inquiry.

We understand that you would like to know if you can use a Blackberry
Q10 phone from another company to Straight Talk Wireless.

Please be advised that Straight Talk Wireless offers BYOP Program; also
known as Bring Your Own Phone. You have the option to activate an an
unlocked domestic GSM handset (phone must operate in 850 and 1900 MHz
bands). This program will not work with Blackberry, or tablets
(including iPads), 4G LTE technology phones, branded Straight Talk,
    SafeLink, TracFone, and NET10 phones.

In addition, this program will now include CDMA phones by purchasing a
Network Access Code, for $14.99 plus tax. The Network Access Code will
serve as a key to load and identify the phones in the system. This
program will only work with the Unlimited or Unlimited ILD
Airtime/Service Card. This program will not work with the Blackberry
and branded Straight Talk, SafeLink, TracFone, NET10 and Telcel America
phones. This program will not work with iPhones, iPads or tablets.
Therefore, you could not use that phone on the said program.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact one of our
customer care representatives at 1-877-430-2355. For your convenience,
our representatives are available Monday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM
    EST.

Thank you for being a Straight Talk Wireless customer. We appreciate
    your business.

    Sincerely,

    Straight Talk Wireless"

Sounded like a no.... what does everyone think?
    Thank you!

From what I've read the latest Blackberries don't require any special type of Blackberry data plans, so as long as you're able to edit the APN settings for data/MMS, it should work.
Past providers: Page Plus, AT&T, T-Mobile, Virgin, Straight Talk
Past phones: Nokia 820, Motorola Atrix HD, iPhone 4S, HTC One V, iPhone 4, Nokia Lumia 900, Nokia N9, Samsung Focus, Samsung Captivate, Nokia N900, HTC 8525, iPhone 3GS, iPhone, Nokia E61i, Siemens A56...

I guess it depends on what carrier you buy your Q10 from. My Blackberry Z10 is from T-Mobile and the APN settings is locked because of the carrier. There are work arounds by installing leaked versions of the operating system.
