    Give their toll free a shot. They are a small group and the managers are competent. Never hurts to ask either.

    I got a $15 credit for day one voicemail issues. Just by commenting to them politely about it. Not bad, I think. The one knows me by name, too. Very positive experience.

    I'd like to note that the credit was also for a bit of mis info spread about number porting. I talked to a very kind manager, and he knew exactly what was up! I've since had a couple of configuration issues (PEBKAC - I'm dumb sometimes) and either he got it fixed, or a rep did. Also, I linked to the page in a recent chat, so, to all you kind and patient reps out there, thanks!

    @rvsidekick6,
    Thanks for all the info. Does aiowireless provide usage info (calls/text/data used) like the GoPhone and postpaid plans?
    @ij9zapem, I was in Orlando/Maitland/Winter Park yesterday (there every two weeks), and I saw new aio stores everywhere. They've really expanded their presence in that area.

    NP. The app provides info on your data usage, for sure. However, I haven't seen anything on calls or messages.

    I have AIO, and no AIO does not track your voice or text message usage because they say it's unlimited. There is a data tracker though.

    With my T-Mobile experiment once again coming to an "Emergency Only" end, I'm considering AIO. I know that you can only register in certain regions. However my question to those who have already activated is this: Can you select any area code within the region you sign up in, or do you get one selected at random. I need a certain area code (within AIO's current available area as far as I can tell) for work, but not my home area code. Will this be a problem when I activate?

    I can't port my existing number since there aren't any stores in the area yet.

    My area code was given to me when I purchased the sim kit. Call them and ask to be sure.

    I'm interested in buying one of their phones but
    a- it requires to buy a month of service right up front
    b- I don''t live in an area they cover yet.
    So
    1- Is there a way to go around and not having to pay for the service right when buying the phone?
    2- If I don't care what number is assigned to me, would it work if I choose a ZIP they do cover but then have the phone shipped to my actual address? Or do they ship only to ZIPs where they have service only?

    Thank you for that info. I do like that GoPhone does keep track of all info even though calls and text msg are unlimited.

    They will ship only to zip codes in the states they have stores. You have to pay up front, it's prepaid. If you don't pay up front you won't have service, whats the point then?

    I wanted the phone alone first and then (probably) the service (I know, pre-paid) like one could do with GoPhone, T-Mobile and others.
