    Has anyone tested 8com wireless.

Sorry posting here cause I wasn't able to find proper place to this bell mvno, if there is place for this plz move.

So long story short , I called this mvno and I was amazed to hear what there current promotion is.

64 $ include North American calling and texting, call display , voicemail, call forwarding, call wait, call conference, etc included and most interesting 15 gb data.
Downside no phone subsidy, no Byod discount .

If anyone used this mvno plz reply.

Any posting mistakes, sorry my first post.

Interesting. It is part of Bell network. I am sure a lot of people will flock over given such attractive rate

Considering the company just BOUGHT the domain name back in April, I wouldn't trust them. Also of note, they can't even get their text rates right, it says 15 Cents per MINUTE instead of per text. They have no indication how much UNLIMITED DATA is (it says FAIR USE POLICY, but there is no policy on the website).

    Domain name: 8com.ca
    Domain name status: registered
    Creation date: 2013/04/21
    Expiry date: 2014/04/21
    Updated date: 2013/06/25

There isn't even a link to buy a sim card or anything, doesn't even have a coverage map.

Howard visited them this past Wednesday. I wonder if he will chime in with his thoughts.

This company has got scam written all over it. How many MVNOs are there in Canada that offer a viable country wide cellular solution? There is a million mile long thread on RFD where a company rep is providing ToS information one post at a time. Which company have anyone dealt with that supplies contract information via online forums? Let's not waste time giving credibility to this scam.

I appreciate your warning, while your comment is certainly valid I'd still like to hear the facts, not opinions.

Perhaps time to re-evaluate your opinion?

    1. Howard just did file his finding
    http://www.howardforums.com/content....age=2#comments
    2. It is not a MVNo
    3. RFD has just deleted the long thread on 8com. At least I cannot find it.
I will wait until all the dust has settled

The thread is 116 pages long in RFD, seems to be a large number of positive comments.

Is it still necessary? 8com is apparently a wind dealer now. Even that looks shady to me. I will continue to visit the local corporate store.
