I'm coming from a HTC One, just off S3, and had a horrid brief stint with a Moto X.
My LG G2 running on rogers LTE is horrible, bad reception, constantly seeking, running down the battery, no data connectivity, etc. It's good if I'm standing outside and not moving.. but in my house, or the office, crap.
The Moto X was much worse in the same two locations, hence why I ditched it.
But I saw the Verizon LG G2 has a good number of complaints about reception, wondering if it's cross network device problem.
*Crackle* Hello? *Crackle* Hello? Can you hear me now?
I've changed it to hspa and battery seems slightly improved. More bars in general where I'm at usually as well.
Phone is kinda growing on me, wanted to bin it the first couple days, and was ogling the Sony z1. But I like the g2 more and more.
The messaging app has a nice feature, it's like a partial screen message that pops up. I stopped using Hancent actually to use the native one.
I let go of the native keyboard though, it was very neat in that it added a top row just for numbers. And I found I was regularly using it. But went back to SwiftKey as its predictions and word completes are better.
