    tracfone ZTE Valet unable to send or recieve calls

    I bought 1 of the new androids from tracfone, phone# and airtime ported fine. worked ok for about 2 days then I was unable to send or receive calls. when I tried to make a call I got a message saying (welcome to Verizon wireless there was an error placing your call. power phone down & restart & try call again.) when someone tries to call in to my phone they get a message saying (welcome to Verizon wireless the number you are calling has been changed or disconnected or is no longer in service) Tracfone CS has gotten it working a couple of times & then it is back to the error message the next day. is anyone else having this problem? thanks for any help you can give.

    it may be something with the towers. verizon may be working on/repairing/upgrading the towers in your area.

    I finally got a tracfone CS rep on the phone that actually knew what he was doing & he fixed my problem.

    Repeatedly the same here and so tired of repeated steps again and again to a voice i can never understand...So ready to quit tracfone sertvice

    Quitters never win...


    Don't call them, use chat. No problems understanding them, nor they understanding you.
    They also seem to be more competent.

    Probably would have been fixed in 10-15 minutes via chat.

    Actually have used the chat before and was fabulous...My problem is not being able to get to the chat directly and have issues logging back into forum there again

    Their forum is a complete waste lately. They had some good reps there in the past but there are gone now.

    tried using link for direct chat but isn't working..My phone has decided not to receive calls for some reason

    Try using the chat icon on the Tracfone.com support page. The chat icon is not available 24/7, so look for it during normal business hours if you don't see it in the off hours.
