    Angry Roam rip off

    According to Roam mobility I used 2G of data in 3 days and i did not have 4G, my monthly usage is 1.5G with LTE on Fido, it is virtually impossible to go over 2G in 3 days, since most of the day I was without my phone,,note that I use the same iphone 5s with fido and roam

    The company is taking advantage of the good reputation it had, firstable they charged me to upgrade my sim card to a 4G which I did not get, then the data is gone and they can not get me the logs.

    When trying to call them I gave up after 20 minutes on hold, because my call was very important to them.

    I have no complains about the voice feature because it is been working fine.

    I do not want a refund, what I need is the company to stand behind the product they are selling

    This is what I do and to bypass paying anything extra to call Canada (similar to Roam not charging long distance to call back to Canada), I just link my T-Mobile prepaid SIM's phone number to Google Voice and change the settings of my Android so that all outgoing phone calls go through Google Voice.

    Did your cell do an auto backup? Happened to the spouse. Not on roam but at home on telus.

    I think the glitch that telus was saying is that it just backed up regardless of the setting. Meh
