    Thumbs down Another negative experience

    So I get a text message this morning saying I have less than 30 minutes left on my plan and I think to myself okay sure I'm not on a talk plan anyways (data only) so what to I care.

    Low and behold my data stops working a full 5 days before my expiry date (of 7 days). Try to give them a call and it gets disconnected after 15 minutes of hold time...

    And their hold music? The same fuc*ing 3 notes again and again in a 15 second loop... UGHHH!!!! Next time I'll probably just get the roam pack from Bell and at least on be on AT&T...

    Thanks you guys did eventually reset my package and I was able to use it.
