    No luck reinstating discount

    Hello all.
    I'm dumping my service and thought I would share the details. Your thoughts are welcome.
    Until recently I had the following plan with a -$20 monthly credit, which made it $47 per month. Now that discount has expired and the plan is no longer a value. Roger has made it clear that he doesn't want to do business with me for less than $65 per month.

    Here's my off-contract plan:

    The larger question is, where are you going to go? With the new prices, the plan is still a 'bargain'.
    Un-Rogered, and getting better 'value'.

    Like CGY Guy says. You still have a great price. 6GB plans cost $125 in a lot of provinces.

    Well, I would test it out for a month to make sure it works where you need it to. Both voice and data. Depending on where you are, you may have less than useable service. Make sure before you bail.

    This was good advice. I tried Wind for a few days this week and experienced abysmal data speeds. And adding to the frustration, some of the Wind technical support and customer service reps I had to talk to were unhelpful in the extreme. I have cancelled with a full refund. It's too bad, I really wanted to like Wind.
