    New store managers pay,

    Hello everyone, I am in the midst of hiring a new store manager for a indirect Verizon Wireless store, his job is to make sure that sales increases, scheduling, training, commission, set goals, tablets, ect. What's the norm pay out there for someone that has prior experience in this field and working for verizon and managing some stores in the past? Should it be just salary or plus commission as well, and how much should be the base salary and on what should I base the commission on.

    $14 /hr + Commission depending on store size. or you can do Salary @ 30k + commission.

    Thanks, How would you base the commission on? If he is a manager does he get commission based on the total sales of the store? Or just on his sales, or only if he increases the sales.

    I'm not a manager but this is how they get paid monthly at our indirect:

    $600 week base
    2% commission of store if hits 85% of GP goal
    2.5% commission of store if hits 86%-90% of GP goal
    3% commission of store GP if 91-99% of GP Goal
    3.25% for 100%+
    Manager also gets 6% of his/her sales GP

    Manager also receives $200 bonus if meets new lines & incrementals goal
    Manager also receives $200 bonus if passes store audit by DM.
