    Lol.
That's what I'd read for years of reading throttle threads. On my recent tests, my speed was usually just below 128 to half of that but sometimes 150. Neither Pandora nor RadioFM streamed for me.

Hmm, that's odd. I have a Verizon 4S and I could get spotify to stream over 2 bars of 1X. Maybe 1X on Verizon is faster than the throttled speed?

Highly possible. I tried again today. After a minute or so, the song started then stopped almost immediately not to return over a 3 minute wait. After a few, I ran speedtest: 70kbps (mid-lte signal). I've tried from northwest FL with stopover in Orlando and now home (100 rural miles south of Orlando). My signal was always LTE or H+.

    Surprised at the Radio FM.

Always had no issues with it. The throttle could be slower where you are than where I was at, possibly making it unusable.

This was on Verizon 1X. So it is faster but extremely high latency

I don't have the high ping. I just tested again in my yard. Speed was H+ this morning. It was LTE yesterday. The lowest speed is in the Orlando area. Notice that the highest speed dropped immediately during the test but shows the high speed which, of course, is the highest speed but not the main speed. Most of the tests showed upload barely register until the last 2 seconds when it soared. I was throttles on Dec. 11. I'm watching (speed tests don't cost me any data now) to see if it improves after a week. Some have indicated theirs did--after several days, at least. Couldn't use Pandora with the 150 speed.

Does GoPhone cap data speed at ~8Mbps like MVNOs? Or do you get the "normal" speed for your area?

MVNOs don't throttle high speed data either. Just Cricket

    Nope... Still not throttled.

I have yet to be throttled much... Got ahead on data the first month and carryover keeps from exceeding almost every month. The few times it happened for a day or two we're painful but did yield about 130kb/s in both directions.

Are anyone receiving higher than 128 kbps throttled speeds? Such as 512 kbps of better?
