They don't have AWS-1 spectrum around my house but they do in the northern part of the state. I haven't seen 4 as the PCC in a long time but 4 is utilized as a SCC. Lately its been 2, 12, or 30 as primary from what I've seen. There may be some bugs to work out of the system in your market.

Was up in Manhattan last night for a few hours. Phone worked OK. Never got above 8 mbps but also never went below 6 mbps.

Hopefully NYC sees further upgrades across the board. Speeds where I am in Queens can be high during off peak hours but slow down dramatically during peak hours and connection can be problematic at times. Hoping it resolves by itself in the future as we know AT&T does indeed upgrade equipment over time.

I am using iPad mini 4 with iOS 11.1.1 with AT&T Carrier 30.1

They need to deploy a lot of small cells and add all their capacity on towers...then the problem will be fixed

They also need to get these damn interference issues worked out. I have a feeling it's been hurting the upgrades. I noticed a cell by me that had band 30 running on it 6 months ago no longer has it active. Ridiculous!

Orland Park, IL. At first I thought I was being deprioritized. So I checked.....nope I've still got 2.5 more GB to go.

I've NEVER had speeds this bad here.
