WiMax Shutdown Put Off 90 Days By Court (unless appealed, limited to some only etc.)

The Court has ordered a 90 day extension before WiMax can be shut down.

We do not know for sure yet whether this applies to all users, whether it can be appealed, etc. Sprint may clarify soon.

CAUTION: They might keep it up but lock out everyone except the plaintiffs in this case. They might also get it set aside on appeal.

I looked at the list of markets covered and it includes all major WiMax Markets.
    Sorry it is two columns.

My Clear is still on, thank goodness. My Boost hotspot device arrives today, but I will keep Clear as long as I can.

I was looking at that. That device is about $150.00. I may try that in the future. I am trying Boost now, since Clear shut down and so far so good. $50.00 for unlimited is a good deal!

My everyoneon.org device is still active. I have not heard from them regarding switching to LTE. Has anyone else heard anything?
