    Thank You.
    These are nice little phones.

They even come with a Bonus Grip Shell case.

Bummer! I was just telling a friend about them and to check it out online.
Phew! Temptation resisted... But what was it that Oscar Wilde said about temptation? that it's easiest to resist when you know it will come around again? or something like that.

You are right. Several months after buying it, it's obsolete technology.
    Cheers!

Personally I don't like digital watches.

Even battery powered analog movements are borderline.

    ST Dog,

With all the other sources of digital time around us including cell phones, computers, cars, TVs, and ranges - the need for a watch is very limited .

Many of us including myself still enjoy wearing our watches.

Tfusr, I haven't worn one since I broke mine (long story). A good replacement is out of the budget. Tried a cheap one and it wouldn't keep time.

So I use the phone and other sources.

But I still like mechanical movements best though.

Thats exactly why I started buying solar, digital watches with radio receivers which also come with analog movements (they have 3 moving hands). Rarely do I have to manually set one.

Good News, These phone work perfect with Tracfone. Went to Dollar General and purchased a couple of the BYOP Sim kits.
Popped one into the Moto E, activated it on Trac's site, got a new number and all is good.

    Nice little phone for $9.99

Now, that's an horological purist . I like the sweeping second hand of watches with mechanical movements, but even the expensive mechanical Omegas can't come close to the accuracy of a quartz watch. Had one for a year and sold it. I like the classic Seiko quartz chronographs in my collection better.

Old school mechanical watches coupled with Android smartwatch functionality, sounds like a winner to me! Some little company in Switzerland I'm sure we'll be jumping on that niche market sometime soon
