So anyone interested in the unlimited plan?

As the title States anyone interested in the new $40 plan? Personally I find it interesting that a company that never offered unlimited data, now has 2 brands that do albeit with lots of caveats

It seems like best low cost option in Canada right now
It is sad I need to state the obvious but some people just don't get it. Any posts I make are my own OPINIONS and in no way represent the views of my employer

We know Mobi is throttled at a stupidly low speed. Is Chatr full speed or mobi-speed?

Mobilicity is throttled to 2mbps. Chatr unlimited is throttled to 3mbps.

    Toronto is probably testing grounds
Makes no sense not to launch in other areas afterwards

But why not just use Mobilicity instead?
6GB instead of 1GB, same network
    Only $5 more

I'm on it, $50 and 4GB of 3G data. Quite usable and Spotify works well, along with streaming 720p video

Do you ever get points where data speed hits zero - particularly in busy locations or busy times? Or is it fairly consistently usable?
    Looking forward to Wind LTE!

I can't wait for this to be the norm on wireless!

Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa are all live

    And GTA... is huge...
Oshawa, Whitby, Aurora, Brampton, Vaughan, Mississauga, Hamilton, Niagara, St Cat, Guelph, Kitchener, London... they blanketed nearly all of southern ON that matters

Strange Montreal still has no data *BUT* I suspect it is because there are no Montreal Mobilicity subscribers to migrate
Toronto was the testing grounds and now Mobi subs are using Chatr data

Although since you can still sign up with Mobi then get migrated right over with SAME plan I would think more people do that than sign up for Chatr $40 plan
