    ATT Retention Plans

    Hey guys,

What are the current retention plans? Someone said you could get 30gb/$115, is this correct?

My sister has been an ATT customer for over 10 years. Hoping I can get some more data for a similar price, she is currently on the 15gb plan.

    Thanks for the help!

    I think it's
    $100 for 20GB
    $130 for 30GB
    $150 for 40GB
$15 per line, FAN discounts can apply

I could save $15/month and go for the 40 GB plan, but I think having unlimited is worth it. I was speed testing like crazy while in PA.

OP, you can get 20 GB for what your sister is paying right now.

You know how the promo is called by any chance? I remember some people getting that. But that was long time ago.

Only Retention's may be able to offer such a credit and definitely not CS. Many years ago, CS used to be able to apply a Recurring Credit, but no longer.

My friend mentioned that he always calls and mentions he is looking for any kind of loyalty deals. He has a long tenure with att so they usually offer him something. Hes going to try to find out if he can get a promo code from one of the reps.

The more I think about it he always seems to have some kind of deal from att. Hes super happy with them and had been with them for years

    10GB for $80 at $15 a line

    Is 30gb/$115 a real thing?

    They also have a 10GB for $80 at $15 a line.
Which is way better for 3 people sharing a $50 plan who were spending $125 (and it doubles the data for two sharing 5GB for only $10 more); even less with a FAN account works on the larger amount.

I haven't been offered that in a long time...

I usually call 2-3 times a year (on a long road trip), sometimes I get something, sometimes not. Not much lately. But it costs nothing to ask...

When I was on an old minute / family nation plan they'd always try to get me to switch or sometimes dig to make my plan better, but sometimes they'd keep me on the line so long and not make it better they'd toss a $25 credit my way. Not as often now.

Tried again yesterday, pretty much it's been a month and AT&T didn't respond. Retention rep claimed that AT&T is still the fastest and has the best coverage lol. I helped move my family from Verizon to AT&T because it's slightly cheaper and [had] roll-over. Now Verizon is cheaper and offers more data for your $ not talking about retention plans.

Rep claimed the 100$/20GB is still the best plan for me,I mean my family.

I called and spoke with retentions last week, I'm still on the 700 minute family plan and looking to switch since they got rid of 2 year contracts. I was offered 10GB for $80, 12GB for $70, and 20GB for $100. I asked them to note my account with the offers and will switch by end of this month. Most likely will go for $70/12GB. If anyone else has been offered better deals, please let us know.

I believe that 12 gig for $70 offer is a doubling of the old 6 gig $70 plan and has $25 line access fees instead of $15 access like the 10 and 20 gig plans do. You should confirm this and run the math before switching to it.
These deals are the best anyone has gotten in the last couple of years.
