    After using 4g does Fi have throttle data

    Like the title says does Fi have throttled data after reaching the 4g cap and if so at what speed?

    You must not know how Fi works. Once you use you're allotted amount, you automatically purchase more data. On months when you don't use it all, you are refunded for the unused data.

    Ditto what jtludwig said. Essentially, Fi has a la carte data. You set a "data budget" but AFAICT, it's meaningless. The only thing that happens when you go over is that you get a text. In essence, you are billed for whatever cellular data you use. This makes Fi not a good choice to give to people who have no self control (e.g. teenagers)

    From the FAQ:
    What happens if I go over my data budget?
    Project Fi will first alert you if you're getting close to your data budget. If you go over, you'll still get full-speed data and data is charged at the same $10 per GB rate. For example, if you go over your data budget by 350MB, $3.50 will be added to your next bill.

    Project Fi has no data cap, you get pay-as-you-go data where if you use 500MB or 500GB, you pay $10/GB.
