    Already moved to Chatr

    WTF? What are they doing over at Rogers/Chatr/Mobilicity?

    September 20 came and went, and now my moving night (confirmed with text message and e-mail) also came and went! I even turned my iPhone off after 8 AM for more than five minutes to start fresh.

    Still "Mobilicity" at the top of my display. APN settings not modified as on Sep 22. I can't log in to the Chatr website. And when I try to set up my brand new voice mail, I'm told, 'Invalid mailbox number.'

    So Rogers/Chatr/Mobilicity is already three and a half weeks late, and we still have to wait. I wonder if they'll send me another pair of text messages and another pair of e-mails before they really move me over to Chatr?

    Yep, they must have read my last post. Here's the text message I just got:

    Important Move Update: Your scheduled moving day will be a little later. We will send you a reminder notification of your new move day. In the meantime, continue to use your current Mobilicity plan until you join chatr. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to having you join chatr.

    I just don't get it. Do you really think that when you see chatr on your phone, all your problems will disappear ?

    They sent me a text message way back on July 29 that I would be moving to Chatr, yet they STILL can't figure out how to move me?

    I guess it's location based, but for the past 3 weeks I was getting 3.5mbs down and 1.7 up on my Samsung S5. Calls over what's app were almost flawless.

    We are getting both sets of problems though as connection is intermittent
    Either leave on Mobi or transfer to Chatr
    It is bizarre I can be on both networks in a single day

    Good point but people just want some certainty about what's going on.
    In addition, it's not necessary will change to Chatr as we have old sim cards...

    Did you change your APN settings aka removing proxy, port and just leaving
