I might give them a call and ask why I don't see that option. not sure if they can help but for $80 I am willing to try.

I am curious if other people had this step on their migration process. Did anyone else see this 'continue with auto monthly payments' page?

Fingers crossed! Because I really want those $80 :P

To refresh people's memories, this is what the beginning of the Pre-Authorized Payment page looks like:

I'm pretty sure by "anyone else" he meant other than you. Obviously you saw it, but so far it looks like more people aren't seeing it than are, so it may be a more widespread problem.

Hopefully it won't get wiped out by some accidental roaming charges.

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. I still don't know how that is going to work for us.

Haha I think he just wanted to give a visual for people to better understand what we were looking for
Definitely missing this step. I only have 4 steps. It is weird since I am enrolled with Mobi auto monthly payments since the beginning, that's December 2010! Their system should recognize it by now.

I know that. I certainly don't have to refresh my memory when I was just there. I posted that screenshot to refresh the memory of people who possibly accepted their offer way back in July.

I was just referring to the fact that you'd posted a similar screenshot on Page 1 of this thread.

And I've definitely never seen either of those pages prior to today.

Both my wife and I got 5 steps. I think you just have to add this to the list of migration missteps. That being said, I wouldn't worry too much about this one. Chatr has been offering this for about 2 years now. It's safe to say that it isn't going anywhere. Just add your cc after the switch.

Remember that this "bonus" is $10/mo in service credits. I think it mainly will help people settle into the zones but beyond that, it's pretty useless.
    Bell SK+fongo:
$85 Unlimited NA, NA text, US Roaming, 15GB

    Chatrlicity:
$30 Unlimited NAM , $30 Unlimited Province Wide

yup, I know it. I am making international calls so those $10/month will surely come in handy.
