Guys just file a CCTS complaint. The numbers and decisions are published publicly in the CCTS annual reports and puts pressure on Rogers to do the right thing.

Did your plan include out of zone calls on mobilicity?

I'm guessing no. You should be humbled that we got to keep what we signed up for on mobi.
I guess it's OK to change the charges on any contract after it's been signed and accepted by both parties.
    Bell SK+fongo:
$85 Unlimited NA, NA text, US Roaming, 15GB

    Chatrlicity:
$30 Unlimited NAM , $30 Unlimited Province Wide

Hmm well I went to check online account and when I log in it says:
    "Mobilicity migration plan
    Your migration in progress
    Please check back again later"
So it has begun, we shall see what happens tomorrow

Phone was acting really funny today... my data was basically non-existent and phone had a tough time getting on network, kept dropping to CDN roaming

The last few days I've been logging in to my Mobilicity account once a day to see if they have any update about my aborted Oct 13 to 14 move. I just saw the same message as you:
    Mobilicity Migration Plan

    Your migration is in progress

    Please check back again later
I didn't get any text messages or e-mails this time to warn me. Yep, let's see what happens.

Woo hoo!! I just got a text message from Mobilicity saying it's my moving day and I'm moving tonight between 10 PM and 6 AM. Let's see if they move me this time.

My migration was from bizarro land

Migration was totally random (no heads up emails/txt or anything)

Then sends me a message saying while migration in progress it is possible you could lose access to voice and txt between 10PM and 7AM. If you need 911 be advised phone may not work. In reality my experience was nothing like what they claimed; as near as I can tell I never lost voice/txt BUT I had no data for *2* days!

Even weirder, now that data is back, it is registering as Chatr 4G! (supposed to cap at 3G I thought?)

Ok migration complete... go to Chatr website try to login with Mobi credentials and told wrong login/pass. Call Mobi and apparently they assigned random username based on our names (so instead of login with 416-555-1234 I need login with kav416-555-1234).
I mention to rep still no password, she said can't resend so instead she will email me the random password

Log in, correct a few errors on account and use service
Like HOURS later get a TXT from them with temp password and now locked out of account
Call back and second rep says first should have known not to touch anything during migration dates

Overall service works fine (oddly too fine, despite it being same network there is one area it works way better than Fido ever did... and all I did was swap the Fido SIM to Mobi SIM in same phone... no way they upgraded towers in a week... my only theory is the data is more stable now since not trying to get on LTE)
It is sad I need to state the obvious but some people just don't get it. Any posts I make are my own OPINIONS and in no way represent the views of my employer

    @kav2001c,

Thanks so much for letting me know what to expect when migrating to Chatr. I won't try to log into my upcoming Chatr account until they tell me.

Oh man, no data for TWO days! I'm going to go through data withdrawal symptoms if I can't access my 20GB data plan!!

You know I wanted to see what account looked like for PPU rates right away
But yeah migration was not easy at all

I was convinced I would need new SIM and data gone forever then ... it just worked
It only started working after Chatr came up as a network, while on CDN Roam and Mobilicity data was gone

Wow, I just complete my migration and even though the two lines were on the same account at mobi, they managed to mangle my name on one of the lines after moving it to chatr.

Looks like some poor sod was doing the move of the lines manually and it's not an automated process.

Looks like it's a chatr Migration tonight.

    I got moved overnight too.

When I woke up this morning, I saw "Mobilicity" at the top of my display, but I had no data. I shut down my iPhone SE for a minute and restarted. I had data! Then I got two older text messages telling me I moved last night, and overnight my brand new voicemail was waiting for me. Then "Mobilicity" changed to "chatr" in my display.

The only thing that is different for me is they moved my anniversary date from the 1st to the 2nd.

    I'm happy!!

Actually, one previous problem got fixed for me. Under Mobilicity, iMessage would never authenticate in the Settings app. I turned it off and back on many times, but it never got authorized. iMessage always worked fine though.

But after last night's move, iMessage was almost instantly authorized this morning! It still works the same though.
