Speculation on when Chatr will enable LTE access and drop zones

With Public Mobile (Telus) now offering a $40/mo 4GB LTE promo plan with no zones, and with Wind LTE coming soon, Chatr's value proposition is slowly deteriorating.

    Three questions:
    1) How long do you think it will be until Chatr (Rogers) will stop throttling clients on the "unlimited" zoned plans to 3mbps?
    2) How long do you think it will be until Chatr allows clients access to the Rogers LTE network?
    3) How long do you think it will be until Chatr drops the zones from all plans?
    Looking forward to Wind LTE!

I can't wait for this to be the norm on wireless!

I think Chatr is being positioned against Wind LTE dates & coverage areas

To combat Public zones would need to become province wide

Number one is the most likely to happen but they will probably take their time and take a wait and see approach. If WIND's LTE isn't even remotely serviceable, Rogers will do nothing. Number two doesn't have a chance in hell and number three is unlikely to happen as well but that would depend on the competition.

I swear to God, I have seen LTE APN for Chatr on this forum(I know they don't have LTE) but I just want to try that LTE APN for the sake of curiosity.
I have spent last half an hour searching for that inside Howard Forum but can't find it (((

    Any help?

I got it on my phone when I changed my SIM card . It's( lteinternet.apn ) same as fido apn.

Near future looks like chatr is going to merge in fido.

Doubtful the more likely scenario is if Wind's network improves with the LTE launch. Rogers will use Chatr to compete with Wind. This way the brand image of Rogers/Fido being a premium carrier will remain intact.

Thanks but none of the LTE are working for me: lteinternet.apn and Fido ltemobile.apn

The only one that works is chatrweb.apn and old mobi APN
Why do you think Chatr will merge with Fido?
I agree that it's more likely to happen.
