    Monthly statement from Chatr?

    With Mobilicity I was able to download my monthly statement of account showing the fees billed and the HST on that.

    I need it for tax purposes.

    I don't see the same sort of thing now that I've been migrated to Chatr.

    Will it show up under "Account History" when I login online (I'm assuming the reason that it's blank is because I have no history yet since I only migrated last night).

    If not, then has anyone been able to request a statement for tax purposes directly from Chatr?

    ^No with chatr you will not have a monthly statement

    Any idea about special requests?

    I know that for Koodo prepaid you can get a statement prepared on request, but it usually takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive.

    Legally they are required to provide you with one if you ask

    Same issue on Public they don't do paper invoices
    Couple people complained and now they are provided on a request basis

    If any company collects and remits HST they MUST supply you with the receipt

    If they refuse to do so, you can refuse to pay them HST & can report them to CRA

    Mine is still blank and I have for sure used pay per use charges now.

    I can only see something that says an audit trail MAY include receipts. Is there a different section this is in?

    Its under biz rules
    You can not collect HST without disclosing info (such as your registration number)

    Actually there is an entire section where CRA also "encourages" you to report anyone who does not give receipts or offers cash discounts

    That's also why I laugh at ebay idiots who try and charge taxes
    Until one of them proves he is registered I won't pay it

    I've been with Chatr for about a year. My "Account History" and "Call History" have always been blank. I guess that section just doesn't work.

    My call history still doesn't work, but it does show my account history with top ups and credits. Doesn't show usage deductions, though.

    I ended up contacting Chatr customer service by email and have arranged for them to send me quarterly account statements.

    My "Account History" and "Call History" now work. There is no drop down menu for the dates, so you have to manually enter dates using the MM/DD/YYYY format. For example, From 01/23/2017, To 05/23/2017.
