Ha! Noted, but h2o still offers 3GB for $27 and 8GB for $36 (autopay) with no silly throttling. Again, I'll give you guys an update soon!

Before the data promotion H2o was doing $36 with auto pay 3GB data. Even without the bonus data H2O has Cricket beat at this price point.

No silly throttling? H2O also throttle after the allotted data.

But Cricket limits you to 4Mbps on 3G/HSPA+ and 8Mbps on LTE all the time, then 128Kbps after allotment is used up, although I rarely got over 80k... Pretty sure that is what they are referring to, not to mention the latency issues.

It was tongue-in-cheek, no offense taken.

H2OWireless website is ambiguous as always. As of this moment, they have no regular plan information on their website, it is all promotional mumbo jumbo--that can change without notice. So while they state that the rates are promotional and time limited, they do not state what they convert or revert to. As I see it, at this moment in time, there are no H2OWireless product offering details for after 4/30.

N.B. It is stated in the promotional details that the offer expires at midnight on 4/30. The Terms & Conditions of sale state in item 24 "All changes to this Agreement will be posted at h2owirelessnow.com or h2obolt.com. Your Service is subject to our business policies, practices, and procedures. Any changes to this Agreement or your Service are effective 30 days after they are published on our website. If you choose to use your Service, increase your account balance, or make any payment to us on or after the effective date of the changes, you accept the changes."

While the cellular market is unregulated, there must be a regulation, commercial code or law someplace that dictates how, where and when an offered service must be described.

I agree with your reading of that quotation.

As for "how, where and when an offered service must be described.", who says that H2O will be offering any service at all after 4/30? They cancelled their enVie service with no notice, didn't they?

Perhaps no services at all will be offered after 4/30/2017.

Goodbye H2O. You have cut the timing too close as to whether you’re extending your current promo. I just transferred to Total Wireless for $33.25 per month for 5 G's of data (unlimited talk/text).
