    Unlimited Plan now only $60

Did I miss something? When did the price change from $70 down to $60?

Looking online, it's also listed at $60 now? $55 after auto pay

Since March 1st. It changed when they put the 22 GB deprioritization in place.

Lame looking at my bill i was charged $70 in both march and April well $65 after auto pay.. I had to manually change my plan to the $60 plan because it was about to charge me $70 again for may!

I guess I need to watch the plans closer.. Cricket usually automatically upgrades to the new plans

Wow. Sorry to hear that. Are both plans still on the website? They used to be for some reason. They were identical but listed both.

Both plans were listed until I changed to the $60 plan myself and then the $70 went away.. I emailed zendesk, maybe they will credit me $20 for the past two months

Did everyone have to manually change it or did cricket do it for you?

If they don't refund, oh well, it's my fault for not watching the plans closer.. I guess I am just so used to Cricket changing plans automatically when they change the prices of plans

I was trying to force the voLTE and that's the only reason I noticed the new $60 price for the unlimited plan

You were grandfathered into the $70 plan. Lucky you.

Yeah, man. I posted this when the change came out. I waited 2-3 days, didn't see Santa Cricket do his thing, then switched it myself.

I had to manually change it, but it made that month cheaper. With my $5 autopay and credit for the remainder of the month I paid a little over $40 the next month.

Well for those who missed it like me, the zendesk folks will credit your account.. I just wrote them a nice email saying I missed the announcement and they responded no worries and gave me a $20 credit.. simple and easy so if someone else missed it, let zendesk know
