switching from monthly plan to PayGo?

Is there a procedure to switch from an AV monthly plan ($30/mo unltd) to their PayGo "plan"?
Do I have to tell them or call them, or just buy some balance after the monthly plan expires...

Call them. AV CSRs are pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful.
As a US citizen I have the right to criticize my government. My thanks for this is endless in magnitude. I fear fascism is here in the US. [fascism: government led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition & criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., & emphasizing an aggressive nationalism & often racism]

You need to call them. Otherwise, if you just "buy some balance," there is no way for them to know which plan you intend to apply the balance the towards.
