If a deal happens they would be foolish to use the sprint name in any way shape or form. They would also be foolish to not use the T-Mobile name. With the momentum T-Mobile has anything less would be a bonehead move I think

If they called the combined company sprint, how many of you would be leery about staying? I know I wouldn't trust the Dynamics and would expect a reaming to be coming down the pipeline eventually.

Call it tmobile and I would at least have some hope some good things would stay the same

Yeah T-mobile fixed their brand image and it definitely doesn't bring up all the issues the Sprint name does. Still the Sprint name might be salvageable. Think how Japanese cars were poor quality at first in the 70's and 80's and now are a standard of quality today. But it took 20 years of quality to get that image.

Nextel. T-Mobile and Sprint both have bad stigma still attached to their names.

Now that’s an idea. A blast from the past. It might be a problem with consumers because it would conjure up images of a Walker-Talkie Phone. But if it could reset us back to the pre-merger Nextel days it might be worthwhile.

People would be like T-mobile and Sprint are now Nextel? Whoa! Sort of like a shock factor.

Maybe the business unit could be branded Nextel?

Maybe the Integration of the Sprint and T-mobile towers could be called Network Fission....sorry Network Fusion.

There will be no sprint related branding if this merger happens, it will be branded as TMobile, because of the success of the brand

    I propose Singular.

The pre-AT&T idiots were too dumb to spell Singular, so the name is fair game.

South Park always depicts phones with the Singular logo haha. Guess that's free brand placement already on air.

No... Singular... nope... no good. Too close to the allergy medication Singulair... I agree with others... T-Mobile will be the name. They are majority owners and will prevail.
From the state that everyone has a map of on their hand.
