For me band 30 has great range overall. It seems to have low band performance in a sense

I just bought a couple people phones without B30. One is on T-Mobile, so it doesn't matter at this time. The other, now on ATT GoPhone, upgraded from a phone that only had 4 LTE bands so this is an improvement for her too.
I now have the 7+, continuing my pattern of buying every other iPhone generation.

HTC didn't do it with their 10 and U11, ZTE didn't do it with their Axon 7 (and maybe other handsets), Alcatel does but only on some models, etc., just seems like AT&T's VoLTE support isn't important to manufacturers -__-
That's dumb on their part. Reminds me of how TV manufactures don't want to put the refresh rates on their products.

Like CMR 120? Which is 60hz but used software to interpolate the image? LOL exactly. I agree, it is stupid, I see it as a selling point. Honestly if a phone doesn't have VoLTE support at the very least, I'm no longer considering it.

Post edited - Just realized it has band 12, which does cover for band 17.

Hell. Yes. Might be picking one of these up. Let us know how the performance is of the device, the OS itself and network performance.

EDIT: Also, can you check to see if WiFi calling functions or is even available in the settings? I'm not counting on it, but it'd be nice to know.

Looks like a nice phone for the money. I'm still holding out for a phone with band-71.

Since probably won't be on many phones this year, it is a good thing I'm going to skip a phone for myself this year anyway. The phones I bought for a couple others don't have it either (nor B30), but they were cheaper models and where they live it doesn't really matter.

I wonder if any phones are in the pipeline with B14?

Dang, you made me look and no band 66 either. Such an easy one to tack on with band 4 there.
