Now he says usually the 20th. On the 21st I will let the world know what happens.

Open the My Bell app. You don't even know the plan details. It would clearly state the terms if you would open it.

    Can you explain?
My Rogers app auto detects your details if your not on Wi-Fi.

You can't register since its not under your name... It's a live Corp account that those kijiji people are selling illegally

Yes I am slowly figuring out what it is. If I start a company and buy 100 sims under the company is it illegal to resell them? It actually sounds legit. Just guessing on the setup.

You can obviously see the details of the sim.
    1. It is a tester sim like they mentioned on the Kijiji ads. This is why I'm asking you to open the app and see if it recognizes your sim. I only have experience with My Rogers app and it auto recognizes the sim.
    2. Call the Bell number but don't connect to a rep. Check your details using the automated system.

If I understand correctly you bought a sim for a one time fee and then purchased another sim where you pay Bell (or the guy?) 50 monthly.

Do this for both the sim and the 50 dollar plan.

If you want I can check for you. I'm curious on what these Kijiji guys are selling.

    Question

Are you paying Bell monthly for the sim or the guy? And the other sim you don't pay anyone?

The my bell app doesn't recognize it. It wants me to login to the app. To register, it needs my phone number which it doesn't accept. I bought one sim for 400 and pay 50$/month. Others I know paid $350 for a sim with no bill and no lifespan guarantee.

Maybe he did give you a corporate sim card. I take it you're paying Bell and not that guy?

Try looking up the phone numbers for the 1800 number for Bell.

lol, and what guarantee do you have now?

Is he going to refund your money if Bell cuts you off?

Beyond my and everyone's questions, how much data do you actually need? Can you not manage and use reasonable amount say like 10-15GB/Month.

I am curious to know what you need "Unlimited" data for on a mobile device unless you don't have home internet and even then, $400 upfront + $50/month is just insane.

I had the magna Unlimited and yes, because it was unlimited I pushed to use like 25GB/month by streaming videos on youtube and used youtube playlists as my "Music App" all because I had Unlimited.

Now I have 15GB, I stream reasonable amount of videos and manage to use 10-14GB/month. I am on WiFi 100% of the time at home. At work and on the go, I am on LTE.

I used to tether it quite a bit to my laptop. I didn't like watching the meter. I paid 190$ for Magna a few years back and wasn't happy with today's price but not much I can do now except show others. What plan are you on?

FYI I called Bell and they told me this corporate sim was capped at 25gig. Therefore, my only legitimate beef with this deal was the misrepresentation of this being an unlimited plan, and with the kijiji guy being difficult to deal with.

Do you still have to pay the guy $50 a month? Or that's the supposed unlimited sim with one time payment of $350?

25 GB for $50 a month sounds pretty good. Just the $400 for the SIM card seems too excessive.

I'm sure he splits that at least two ways.
