    Known Issues Update

Hey guys. I just wanted to give you all a heads up on some of the issues we've been working on.
Some of these are slow going to fix, but we really appreciate your patience!

    • Conditional Call Forwarding (Fixed)
      • Call forwarding is now enabled on all h2o plans.
      • Dial **21* followed by the 10 digit number you'd like calls forwarded to, then # Send
      • To turn off, dial #21# then hit Send.

    • Google Short Code (Pending)
      • AT&T is still investigating the issue with short code 22000 not working.
      • Other platforms may be affected as well, but they cannot pinpoint the issue yet.

    • iPhone MMS (Pending)
      • Currently in negotiations with Apple.

If you have any other issues, please report them and I will try to provide you updates as available.

Yay, both unconditional (**21*) and conditional (**004*) call forwarding works. Can finally use Google Voice voicemail!

Any chance that VoLTE and WiFi calling will be available?

    Hey there SS,

How do we set things up to use GV voicemail? I'm not having any luck at all.

I tried using the info that h2owireless posted but it didn't work.

I also went in to my GV account and clicked on "activate GV voicemail on this phone" and then input the string of numbers that were shown, but no luck.

Could you help me set this up please?

    Thanks...

Fantastic news about CCF. Looking forward to being able to use Google Voice's voicemail services at last.

    Thanks!

Could you move this to a PM or a different thread?

In your phone dialer, dial the following sequence: **004*1<GV PH#># , exactly , with * and # in their proper place. Your phone should say something along the lines of "MMI Code Started" and sit there for a bit, then return a success message.

Just tried conditional call forwarding & it works great. The bad news . . . . now I can't get it to turn off. (Ugh) I dialed #21# & I get the message "Connection problem or invalid MMI code". Any thoughts on why this isn't working?

    Thanks

Update, just tried ## 21# and that did work. Anyone else having issues with turning off "conditional" forwarding using #21#?

Wondering if "unconditional" forwarding will work with #21#?

I've used Google voicemail without those, what exactly changed in that regard?

A few days ago I set up my google voice account to use voicemail on my cell phone.

I used the information in this thread to do so. At first it seemed to be working fine, then today, and this may be purely a coincidence, whenever anyone dialed my GV number or cell number, the caller would hear two rings and then it was sent to GV voicemail. I didn't hear these rings at all.

So, just as a test, I disabled GV voicemail and went back to the carrier voicemail and everything worked fine again.

I'm gonna leave things like this for awhile and see if anyone else starts having issues.....

Unconditional-Forwards immediately, even if cell phone is on
Conditional----Forwards only if call is not answered , or if you force the call to ignore.

Way to unreliable with any carrier, sometimes calls are sent on a never ending loop, sometimes not. I'd rather run the risk of my carrier VM picking up, or Google voice VM, at least the caller can leave a msg.

To turn off "conditional" forwarding use ##004#.
