    Upgrade Fee Question

Sorry to make a thread regarding this but quick question I know how AT&T waived upgrade fees for my employee discount but does Verizon charge upgrade fees online or do they waive them? Is there anyway to get the fees waived by any chancing without begging them too much to waive it? I'm just not a fan of upgrade fees

Not usually. Try calling retentions sometimes they do. They do run promos from time to time as well.

It might be done with the right representative but never assume it will be always.

If I'm annoyed and you're annoyed, does that make us a paranoid ??

When I added a line I was able to get half the activation fee refunded.

YMMV but they really don't like waiving that fee.

I can remember when I went back a while back the chat agent was nice enough to waive off my activation fee to help lower my bill and because I came back too. However like you guys said not every rep will do it tho

Verizon will sometimes waive fees. Usually you need to wait until they have a promotion. I heard that buying from Sam's or Costco will get the upgrade fee waived, but that might not apply anymore.
