    IMEI Controversy

Every mobile phone has a unique 15 digits IMEI, why do they need to monitor somebody's mobile phone out of its privacy, A person bought it's mobile phone so we claim the right to have privacy.

It identifies the phone on the network to ensure that not more than one device is using the same phone #. It prevents phone cloning which is illegal. This works in conjunction with the SIM # which is also a unique number. You don't want someone else using your cellular phone # at the same time do you ? How exactly do you feel that your "right of privacy" is being violated ?
If I'm annoyed and you're annoyed, does that make us a paranoid ??

It's not a matter of if you win or lose, it's how you assign the blame
