Then again, that's exactly where a hassle free unlimited plan will help out.
This is a fact Verizon and ATT have been taking advantage of for years ($15/GB overage). Old 70 y/o ladies paying $120+ on legacy plans.

Yes, that should work. You'll have to sign up with at least T-Mobile One Plus as the updated terms state here:

    https://newsroom.t-mobile.com/news-a...of-the-red.htm

But after you receive the reimbursement for your device, you're free to do what you want. Since existing customers can change to the Over 55 plan, you should be able to just downgrade to that.

Does this include the free Canada/Mexico roaming? How about other intl. roaming?
GoogleVoice (domestic call forwarding and cheap intl. calls) Use GV to give us a "home" number in a 2nd location
6 T-Mobile lines - Unlimited talk and text, data. 2G fast data on each line . $120/mo. + taxes. We have had no landline in more than 10 years.

Yes, it seems to have all the features of the basic ONE plan. Here's a copy & paste from the Tmo news site.

"This plan includes T-Mobile One benefits like Simple Global for unlimited text and data roaming (128Kbps) as well as flat-rate roaming in more than 140 countries, Mobile Without Borders for using your plan in Mexico and Canada, 1 hour of free Wi-Fi and unlimited texting in Gogo-equipped flights, and Digits. T-Mobile One Unlimited 55+ customers also get mobile hotspot and T-Mobile Tuesdays."

The more I read about this, the more it seems like a brilliant move by Legere. I'm fairly confident AT&T & VZ are scrambling to put together a response to try and save face and customers.

The problems of getting old are not worth the few discounts they give you if you make it.

That true. I'm low 40s and one of my knees is starting to feel like I'm a lot older. Dr drained fluid which helped but getting older def offsets the discount

I'd gladly trade the discounts to be younger, unfortunately I can't seem to find that option.

Yes, postpaid only. Metro released a 2 for 75 plan yesterday though. 2 lines unlimited data 480p video and no tethering for 75 a month.
