Export your speed tests and help create a speed map!

    1. So first you'll want to export your speed test data. Go into the
speed test app and click on results. Then click on the wrench in the top right and click on email results. Check this image for a reference https://i.imgur.com/FpKsmSN.jpg.

    2. Now once you've gotten the csv file, open it in Excel and copy all the cells. I'm doing it this way instead of copying the CSV file directly, because the pasting format needs to have whitespaces as the delimeters.

    3. Go to https://www.easymapmaker.com/ and paste

    4. Setup Latitude->Lat and Longitude->Lon and change the other settings to your liking.

    5. Done! Here's my map. https://www.easymapmaker.com/map/34a...dcf9d27f828dc4

My goal would be to share CSV files of speedtests (obviously strip out IP addreses and other info as need be), and form a large master map. There's a ton of data from everyone's speed test that could be put to good use on a map.

You can submit your info here https://goo.gl/forms/qOBfIBYiZ8XjA5t93 and I will add it to a master map. Please leave the CSV as-is, besides removing IP addresses, otherwise I won't be able to add it.

There's also a spreadsheet i created. Feel free to add your data. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

This is a great idea. I expect a lot of folks use Cellmapper, Rootmetrics, Open Signal & Sensorly for this.

But forum specific maps might be useful.
