    Exactly. I'd imagine the video would be throttled to 480p too. At this rate I wonder if go90 is still zero rated, not that many people watch that anyway.

    So, if I'm understanding this correctly, NFL Mobile still DOES NOT count against your data allotment on metered plans (zero rated)...however it DOES go towards your 22 GB deprioritizing threshold (and of course the stream is scaled down similar to other video content)?
