Apple iPhone SE 4G with 32GB for $140

Great deal on the iPhone SE 32GB at Best Buy for $140 for those interested.

This is locked to AT&T prepaid but will work on Cricket Wireless.

Are there any AT&T apps that come pre-installed on the AT&T prepaid iPhone SE? If so, can they be removed?

Apple has never allowed pre-installed 3rd party apps on the iPhone.

The SE is really the best deal on a phone in the price range for what your getting. I used to have one really enjoyed. Only switched to a 6s for band 41 on sprint for the free unlimited byod. And I miss cricket too. I'll probably be back next year when my free year is up.

How's the battery life on the se? I've always used Android but thinking about trying out an iPhone.

Are you guys sure it will work on cricket? I ordered it from Best Buy for my daughter who is on cricket. Her iPhone 5s is dying. Some people on Slickdeals are saying that if I don't activate it on att they will blacklist it and it won't work on cricket. Please confirm.

As far as activating this particular SE model and using it on Cricket, etc. goes, there's the risk of AT&T blacklisting the phone and never unlocking it. People have reported this happpening. But it should/will work on Cricket. Just understand there is a risk of blacklisting and not being able to unlock it.

I'm using it on cricket. Never heard of att blacklisting a prepaid phone that's bought and paid for
Get $25 credit by switching to Cricket Wireless! Then $250 by referring others! Same AT&T signal! Click here!

Are people reporting this on HoFo, SAD, or somewhere else?

Slickdeals, on the various iPhone SE threads. When activating first on Cricket then trying to activate the same phone on GoPhone to try and get the 6 months in for unlocking.

If I just keep the phone on cricket will it continue to work? I just don't want it getting shutdown.

One can get the MetroPCS branded iPhone SE, 32GB, for $100. with port-in price reduction off the $199.99 at dealer only, not online. Metro will unlock after 90 days making it a great deal as it can then be used on any Att/T-Mo and possibly Verizon or Sprint.

I've seen no reports of the phone getting bricked. For $130, it's worth the risk if one needs an Apple device.
